CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL HOUSE PLANS |

Flat square footage rates apply to all
custom home designs......which is calculated by the outside dimension of
the main floors. Thus, a two story home would have both floors
included in the formula. We do not charge any square footage rates
on attached garages, covered porches, screened porches and/or decks.
The square footage calculation is based strictly upon the finished
square feet of the house. The current 2011 rate is .35 per finished sq. ft. Hourly rates will apply to excessive revisions, multiple designs, basement plans, room additions, remodeling plans, and any other issues that may arise from a complicated home design or client explanation. The current 2011 hourly rate is generally $35.00 per hour but can vary depending upon the project. |
